·采用超細合成纖維以特殊織法制成,避免舊式玻璃纖維材料所可能對人體造成的不適
·濾材內含靜電纖維,對次微米(大小1ū或小于1micron)粉塵過(guò)濾效率特別良好,具有高捕塵率,高粉塵載量及高透氣性.高使用壽命.
·每個(gè)濾袋間以金屬條固定,增加濾網(wǎng)強度,防止濾袋于高風(fēng)速時(shí),因風(fēng)力之摩擦力而破裂,濾袋均有六道內襯,防止濾袋隨風(fēng)壓過(guò)度膨脹,相互遮蔽而降低有效過(guò)濾面積與效率,濾袋邊均采用熱熔方式,具有良好的氣密性及結合強度,不產(chǎn)生漏氣或破裂。

Pocket middle efficiency filter
Speciality:
It is woven specially with the superfine fibre, in order to avoid the harmfulness to the people’s health because of the old style fibreglass;
Filter material content static electricity fibre. It filtrate the submicron bug dust (size: 1ū or is smaller than 1micron)efficiently; It also have the good performance of the dust catching ,large dust holding capacity, high permeability and long working life.
In order to increase the intensity of the mesh ,every two filter bags are fixed by the metal bar. It will prevent the bags from bursting because of the friction force of the wind ,in the high wind speed. The filter bag has six inside linings in order to prevent the filter bag from expanding overly because of the wind pressure, because if the filter bags are sheltered from each other ,it will reduce the the effective filtration area and the filtration efficiency. The edge of the filter bag is made in hot melt way, so it has good gas tightness and the bonding strength, and it does not have the steam leakage or the breakage
